Learn About The Yoli Compensation Plan Here

It is not an understatement to call multilevel marketing compensation plans confusing to people new to the industry. Between binary systems, unilevel systems, and value points there is jargon a plenty to be found in any compensation plan. The Yoli compensation plan is a hybrid plan that combines both unilevel and binary systems so it could be potentially even more confusing than a compensation plan that operates on one system.

In a binary system you place your recruits and the recruits of your recruits (your downline network) into one of two or more legs in your organization. Monthly volume bonuses are typically a percentage of the lowest performing leg in your organization.

While this may not be a big deal at early stages in a MLM business it can be very frustrating if you grow your organization to the point where you have legs doing hundreds of thousands of dollars a month in sales that you are not receiving commission on. This is why the Yoli compensation plan is hybrid system.

It is this downside to the binary system that led to the formation of the hybrid Yoli compensation plan. While promotions are based on the standard binary structure, at a certain level an “executive” unilevel compensation plan kicks in.

The advantage of a unilevel system is that is usually a little easier to understand. With commissions based on recruits and promotions determining the number of “levels” beneath you that contribute to your commission. These plans encourage recruitment on a mass scale but they also tend to lead to direct competition between distributors which can be counterproductive.

The Yoli compensation plan was created to bring the best aspects of both the binary and unilevel systems to the table while avoiding the weaknesses in both. The binary placement system encourages cooperation amongst distributors while the executive level unilevel plan encourages continuous recruitment.

The Yoli compensation plan has several bonuses structured into it as well. These bonuses are usually associated with recruitment. They encourage recruitment both through direct compensation and through providing bonuses to help new distributors get started quickly.

The Yoli compensation plan has lots of levels to it and it making it to the top of their plan could have a considerable impact on your personal economy. Ultimately though Yoli is like all multilevel marketing opportunities, you have to know how to market if you expect to do well.
