Nigeria has currency controls that complicate international payments. Wise Business supports NGN payouts and is CBN-regulated. Payoneer is widely used and supports withdrawal to Nigerian bank accounts. Stripe does not currently operate in Nigeria. For Upwork/Fiverr workers, Payoneer remains the most practical choice. For direct USD invoicing, Wise pays out significantly more.
