How to Receive USD Payments in Ukraine as a Freelancer

Ukraine has a large and growing IT sector, with many freelancers and agencies receiving USD from US and EU clients. Wise and Payoneer both operate in Ukraine. The NBU's 90-day FX conversion requirement (relaxed from 180 days as of 2025) means USD cannot be held indefinitely.
